Why I built it
While writing my thesis, I spent hours looking for research papers on my topic. You search, open each paper, check if it's useful, and start again. I built it after I graduated. I wanted the next search to be quicker.
How it works
It searches Google Scholar and puts every result in a spreadsheet. Then it adds the papers those results reference. You give it keywords, like "life cycle" or "heat", and it ranks every paper by them.
What I learned
It was my first proper project. I built it to learn Python and how to build a simple API. It worked, but it was hard work to use. I was the only one who ever did. That's where I learned that an app has to be easy to use.
